A few of the things that I’ve been obsessing over this week…
It’s official I am super excited about the arrival of The Hunger Games Catching Fire trailer. I loved these books and the last film, so finally getting a taste of the latest installment is uber exciting. I cannot wait for this film to be released.
On that note there’s also a new Superman Man of Steel trailer – fyi Superman was always my favourite superhero!
And a new Iron Man 3 trailer.
I think it’s safe to say that this summer is going to be a stupendous time for films.
I know it doesn’t look like it but there has been more to my favourite things this week than just my film obsession.
There’s this card, which I got from a friend. It’s currently got pride of place on my desk and each time I see it I can’t help but smile – the perfect thing to lighten up my week i think.
I also received a Graze box this week and most excitingly the new Graze brownie was in it – no real surprise as I had listed this as a ‘send soon’ item, even so I was extremely happy to see it and even more so to eat it. A perfect blend of soft chocolatey goodness, with a few crunchy nuts included too. Definitely going on my ‘love it’ list!
Also on the cake theme I’ve been scouring recipe books to find something totally awesome to bake for an up and coming bake sale. I think I have finally settled on these scrumptious treats from Just a Taste. I am baking tonight so look out for photos of said creations soon.
And the final item in my list is my new laptop. The reason the new laptop has made it onto the list of my favourite things this week is that it’s super speedy and means that I can get everything done so much faster – yay for me! It honestly takes less than 30 seconds to turn on or off. Now this may not be new to most people, but my previous (6 year old) laptop took about 20 mins to turn on, load everything and connect to wifi, no word of a lie. No wonder I’m so excited by my new little beauty! Plus it’s pink. 😉

p.s. I was pleased that my Jennifer Lawrence obsession had stayed out of this week’s favourite things post, but then I realised that she’s in Catching Fire – epic fail. Maybe next week then?!
